Collecting foreign currency and support our school.

As a whole school we are collecting foreign currency, the children will then sort and locate the country of origin on a map of the World.

The more we collect the greater opportunity we have to purchase resources for our school.

One World Week. 28th January 2019.

For One World week we will be looking at our home country Wales. Our focus case study will be assessing the local area on ecological concerns. We will be completing traffic surveys and finding evidence of recycling. We will be broadening our research to study Cardiff and Wales as a whole. This links in well with our theme 'Eisteddfod'. Details of the work we will be covering this term will follow shortly.

CHRISTMAS CONCERT

For this year's concert, our class will dress up as traders (plain black t-shirt and trousers with an apron) or shoppers (plain coloured t-shirt and skirt/trousers with a small brown paper bag).  The children have decided in class if they would like to be a trader or shopper so please ask your child which character they have chosen so you can arrange the correct outfit for them. Thank you for your support.
