AARON'S PANCAKES WITH SULTANAS AND LEMON
100g plain flour
Half a pint of semi-skimmed milk
Put flour in mixing bowl and add the egg and milk and whisk. Put a non-stick frying pan on the heat and add the measured mixture at a time. Put in a few sultanas and cook, then flip over and cook the other side. Keep making pancakes until all the mixture has been used. Then put lemon juice on the pancakes and enjoy!
