Transition 2020
As we move in to the final week of what has been a challenging term, we will be preparing for your children to move on to their new classes in September. To aid this process your child has been provided with an ‘All About Me’ form. The form is for you to complete with your child; to identify the great things about your child, what is important to your child and the best ways to support them in their learning and wellbeing. The children will take these to their new classes when they return in September and begin to create a ‘One Page Profile’. The profile will be shared with class teachers so that they know how best to support and challenge your child. It is a shared document between school, child and home and it will be discussed at Autumn Parent Consultation Evenings. It should be positive and be a reason to celebrate each child’s uniqueness.
